Help shape and refine The Third Place. These one-off sessions bring together young people to share insights and ideas that guide how our programme grows. You’ll be compensated for your time—rates vary depending on workshop length.
3. The Third place programme
To be eligible, you must be 18-30 years old from an ethnic minority background.
Our flagship 4-week programme designed by and for young people. It blends in-person group sessions focused on creative and mindful activities with a free digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness course—giving you tools to boost your wellbeing, your way.

Get a feel for The Third Place through fun, welcoming events that introduce key themes like creativity, mindfulness, and group connection. It’s a low-pressure way to explore if the programme is right for you.

Sometimes, we receive funding from government councils, foundations, and other funding organisations who have specific eligibility requirements like age or residency in a borough. Please see the eligibility requirements on each session description. We do our best to make sessions accessible to all so please do contact us if you’re interested in a session but don’t fit the eligibility criteria.
