What are Taster Sessions?
Taster sessions are welcoming events where young people take part in fun, creative activities that introduce them to The Third Place programme, together.
Our taster sessions are welcoming, low-pressure events designed to spark curiosity and connection. Through playful, creative activities, participants experience elements of The Third Place—like mindfulness, emotional check-ins, and group reflection—in a light, accessible way.
How do The Taster sessions unlock mental wellbeing?

Join our taster sessions in
three easy steps
Step 1.
Fill in your details. Check the schedule of upcoming sessions, and pick the ones that you want to attend. Provide your contact information and answer a few questions to help us understand if the Taster session is right for you.
Step 2.
Join the sessions. If you are the right fit, you will be able to access a variety of Taster sessions, enjoying activities that promote mental wellness. Each session lasts 1-2 hours and is capped at 15 people. Sessions are provided both in-person and online.
Step 3.
Enjoyed continued support. Continue to explore different fun activities that promote your mental wellness, within a supportive community.
