Kickstart your mental wellbeing journey with us

Building habits that support your wellbeing take time. Research shows it can take around 66 days to make a habit stick.

That’s why we’ll be with you for the first half in this 4-week programme, helping you build the start of a sustainable routine that works for you.

So… what’s The Third Place?

Your first place is home.
Your second place is school, college, or work.
But where do you go to find your people and recharge?

That’s where The Third Place comes in —

a space that’s all yours.

The Third Place is a 4-week mental wellbeing programme for young people.

By Us, For Us

The THIRD PLACE IS BUILT BY AND FOR young people (18-30 years old).

We have worked with over 40 people across London to co-create this programme, together.

The Third Place is our co-designed solution. It’s a vibrant, welcoming space to boost your mental wellbeing. You'll meet others, build confidence, and learn practical tools to support your wellbeing — all in a safe, welcoming community. With group sessions and free access to a digital Cognitive Behavourital Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness course on Headspace, you don’t need any experience —just curiosity and a willingness to try something new.

Watch now to see what’s in store for your 4-week mental wellbeing journey!

Interested in mindfulness but unsure where to start?

We offer a welcoming space where you can explore mindfulness at your own pace. We get that starting a new wellness practice can feel daunting—especially when mainstream options don’t reflect your experiences. That’s why we’ve made mindfulness accessible, relevant, and shaped by people like you.

Want to try it out? Join one of our taster sessions and see if The Third Place is right for you.

Do typical wellbeing tools feel disconnected from your personal experiences as a young person?

Many wellness programmes overlook specific challenges unique to young people, such as academic pressures and work-related burnout. Our tailored mindfulness programme aims to address these directly. We’ll learn coping strategies together and help you feel validated in your experiences through guided discussions and exercises.

What topics will we explore in
this programme?
